Michael Milton
teaches  students English and World History at Burlington High School in Burlington, MA. When he became a teacher, he believed that students would frequently give me apples. This has not happened (not even a Red Delicious ~ a name which is a misnomer). However, my school has given me a MacBook Pro and an iPad in an effort to right this wrong (I assume). he is very lucky to work in a 1:1 iPad school.

Feel free to get in touch (  ~ it’s a Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy reference)!

Jeff Herb
is the Director of Academic Support at Dundee-Crown High School in Carpentersville, Illinois. While his job entails supporting many things that supplement the classroom, the focus has definitely shifted towards instructional technology.

Before his role as the Academic Support Director, Jeff taught high school English, spanning grades 9 through 12. Being a self-proclaimed technology addict, he sought every way to legitimately and reasonably integrate technology into the classroom.

Jeff went to the University of Illinois and received degrees in English and Business. He earned a Masters in Education with a focus in literacy from Roosevelt University. Currently, he is working to complete a Masters in Educational Leadership.

Jeff believes that while technology is an invaluable tool for any teacher, technology for the sake of having technology is not the
proper approach. Understanding what students need to learn and then determining how technology can assist ensures that the curriculum dictates the technology, not the other way around.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Jackie, playing golf, podcasting, blogging, and traveling.
